Stays & suites

• What time is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early arrival bag storage is complimentary. Late check-out may be available subject to occupancy — contact guest services in advance.

• How do I book a suite?

  Email [email protected] or call +1 (702) 555-0334. This website does not process bookings or payments. Guest services will confirm availability and send reservation details directly.

• Are suites connected to the gaming floor?

  No. Guest suites occupy upper floors with separate elevator access and acoustic isolation from the 18+ gaming floor below. You can stay without ever visiting the gaming area.

Dining & wellness

• Do I need reservations for dining?

  Row Bakery is walk-in only. Brasserie Row accepts walk-ins but recommends reservations for parties of four or more. Counter Nine requires a reservation for both nightly seatings.

• Is wellness included with my stay?

  Thermal circuit access and movement classes are included for suite guests. Massage and bodywork treatments require separate appointments and are subject to availability.

Evenings & gaming

• Is the gaming floor required to stay at Levqio?

  Absolutely not. The gaming floor is optional and restricted to guests 18 and older with valid ID. Cultural programming on the salon level is open to all guests and operates independently.

• Are gaming outcomes guaranteed?

  No. All gaming involves financial risk and outcomes are determined by chance. Levqio does not guarantee wins, favorable odds, or returns of any kind. Please review our responsible play policy.

• What responsible play tools are available?

  Self-exclusion, deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods are available on request. Contact guest services or the responsible play desk on the gaming floor. External support resources are listed on our responsible play page.

• Why does the website require age verification?

  Levqio Row includes 18+ evening programming. Age verification ensures visitors acknowledge this before browsing. Confirmation is stored in your browser session only and is not linked to personal data.

• Does this website collect payment information?

  No. This website is informational only. No booking forms, payment fields, or transaction processing exist on levqio.com. All financial arrangements happen directly with guest services.
